Customers are required to coordinate and pay for the return shipping themselves along tracking number. Marketcenterusa.com does not coordinate or pay for any return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and 20% restocking fee would be deducted.

After 14 days if any technical questions or issues, please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for product and service issues.

Non-Refundable items include: Personal Care product is defined as any product that makes direct and continuous contact with the skin. Unopened/sealed items are acceptable for return. Personalized items and items marked as final sale or non-returnable are also ineligible for refunds.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable, Signature Required shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
